Defeating superficial diversions

On this new day, I will strive to avoid the pervasive so called “news” media that clamors unrelentingly for our attention, our emotions, and most dangerously, our penchant to rely on blind faith and empty convictions. It really doesn’t matter who may be the next President of the United States. All that really matters are the decisions we make and the actions in which we engage in the world around us.
